What is Retail Ready Packaging?
Shelf or Retail Ready Packaging means one box carries goods from your warehouse to the retailers’ shelf, offering protection in transit and acting as an in store display.
In store the carton is opened along perforations in the walls of the box, or the hood lifts directly from the base leaving behind an open display that sits on shelf and showcases your product.
We offer the option of a quick-assembly glued base to improve your packing time, which can often take cost of the packing operation as a whole.
Our broad spectrum of machinery enables us to be flexible on volume without compromising on quality. We accommodate the small quantities of a business is in its infancy, through to the tens of thousands of SRP’s used to pack the products of major brands.
Custom Design
We have built up an extensive portfolio of designs for you to take inspiration from. If you are looking for something bespoke our dedicated team of designers will consult with you to create retail ready packaging that works hard to sell more of your products.
In House Printing
Our print management team can work with you to produce high impact artwork to ensure your SRP provides maximum brand exposure both in transit and on shelf.
Your custom artwork can be added using the latest digital, flexographic and full colour litho laminate printing techniques. Our sales team will provide information on all of the available printing techniques that Caps Cases can offer to ensure that you make the right decision for your brand.
Delivery & Care
Delivery coverage is nationwide from any of our three sites in Glasgow and Suffolk.
We can also provide a fulfilment service, packing your products into the SRP that we produce, allowing you to save money in the process.
